Undefeated!

Qyntn's football team went undefeated during the regular season!  I'm so proud of all of them, but especially Q.  I have loved watching him play!  He was one of the smallest kids on the team, but worked his little hiney off.  He struggled with anxiety throughout the season, and wanted to quit almost every day, but he battled through it to finish the season with his team.   

Unfortunately, his team lost in a dog fight in the semi-finals of the playoffs, it was heartbreaking.  The big question is, will he play again next year??   We'll have to wait and see.

Fall Break

It was just Qyntn and I for Fall break this year and we filled it with fun!  There were late nights, treats, friends, football, Conbelly's, Airborne, Labrynth, a hike to the Y and we built a tank.

He followed the map and I don't 
think we made a single wrong turn.

Cenote...check!

Ben had been talking about wanting to go to a cenote for the longest time.  He finally got his chance.

Basketball in Paradise, Merida

Ben had an opportunity to do a week long basketball camp for kids/adults of all ages and abilities.  He's got a good heart!

30 Year High School Reunion

Hard to believe it's been 30 years since I graduated from high school...until I saw all the gray hairs and wrinkles at my 30 year reunion.  How did we get so old?  It was great to reconnect and catch up with so many high school friends.
