He Killed It!

Tiago gave his mission farewell talk today and killed it!  He spoke on being a peacemaker and it was fantastic.  He was also ordained to the office of Elder after church.

Kara was watching online and captured him speaking.

T and his friends.
Most of them will be leaving on missions in the next few months.

After the beautiful ordination and blessing for Tiago.

She's FLOWN the Coop

Alyssa has "taken off" on her next life adventure.  She was accepted to the aviation program at SUU and will be flying the friendly skies in no time.  I'm excited to watch her achieve her dreams!  After Alyssa started school, she found out that about 600 people applied and only 25 were picked for a flight spot.  Her counselor also told her that it is very rare to get accepted on the first try!  Go Alyssa!

She bought her first car!

I drove down to help her get settled in.
We cooked her first Sunday dinner together
in her new life.

First Day of Home School!

Q has been begging me for years to let him do home school.  We decided to give it a try.  I picked Utah Online School and though we had a few tears on the first couple of days, Q's doing great!

Summertime

We had another busy summer.  Aside from our vacations, Alyssa spent most of the summer working and hanging out with friends so we hardly saw her.  Q spent most of his free time playing video games, but he also got to do some other fun things.

Silver Falls State Park

On our way home, we stopped by Silver Falls State Park.  There are 10 waterfalls in the area and we hiked to several of them.  It was delightful!

South Falls

South Falls is the most popular
and easiest waterfall to access.
It has a 174 ft. drop.

Holly!

After Hoop Camp, we drove down to Corvallis to see our Holly!  It was fun to see her, she showed us some of her favorite places.  Love and miss her so much!

Hoop Camp in Centralia

After the reunion, we made a pit stop in Centralia for a Hoop Camp.  Ben's family all came to volunteer and support.  They are awesome!

Silverwood

Carol and Willy treated us to a day at Silverwood.  It was a beautiful cool day.  It was a little too cold for Boulder Beach but we went there anyway, to try the new water coaster.   The water was freezing, the coaster was surprisingly insane and we got drenched.

Fuller Family Reunion (Libby Montana)

This year, the Fuller family reunion was held at the family property in Libby, Montana.  I don't mind camping, but with all the aches and pains of getting older, it's not my favorite.  At least there is a bath house on the property, so that we could shower every day!    Carol and Willy always put on a good time!
