When the Boys are Away...the Girls Will Play

The boys got to go to the father/son's campout last night...

Since the boys went camping the girls made big plans. We met up with our friends Lia and Eden and painted the town. Actually we painted the night away at Color Me Mine, which the girls had been asking to do for a very long time. Afterward we indulged in some frozen yogurt. It was the perfect way to start the summer. Love these girls!!!

The next morning we hit Seven Peaks for the first time this year and since I didn't have Q in tow I got to go on some of the slides with Alyssa and Holly and just lay out a little bit. I loved it!

Let the Icee Sales Begin

School isn't even officially over and the girls have started selling Icees. Last year they made about $100 bucks, we'll see how they do this year...

6th Grade Graduation

Ayzha is growing up so fast! She graduated from elementary school today and was a recipient of the "Quest for Excellence" award (which means she did lots of awesome stuff). On to Jr. High.

La Caperucita Roja (Little Red Riding Hood)

Alyssa and Holly were in the play "La Caperucita Roja" at school. Alyssa played the grandma which was a perfect part for her. Holly got to be the wolf, and she was awesome! The entire play was done in Spanish and the girls spoke their parts very well. Wish everyone could have been there to see it, it was truly sensational! I'm a proud mommy!
