Summer Sports

We kept busy this summer.  Qyntn wanted to play every sport.
He did baseball, track, golf and basketball and loved it all!

He jumped the farthest of all the kids in his group.

Alyssa participated in a two woman outdoor
volleyball tournament and did some private lessons.

Hoop.Camp

We took a little road trip last weekend.
We stopped at Crystal Hot Springs on the way
to Pocatello for Hoop.Camp.
(an all abilities basketball camp)

Holly was able to use this experience for
one of her personal progress projects!

It was awesome to be able to volunteer.
I'm sure I was uplifted way more than they were.
Holly said, why can't everyone be as kind, happy
and loving as they are?

Q got to participate too, and said
that it felt good to make others happy.

1 on 1 Time

I have felt strongly that we need to spend more 1 on 1 time with our kids.  So, while the girls and dad were out of town, Q and I hit up the Pikachu movie.  A few days later Ben took Reyn for a sweet treat.  Ayzha joined us for Backstreet Boys, Alyssa and I won a ton of tickets at Nickel City, Holly and I hit up Scales and Tails and Ben and Tiago went to the BYU game.

We might have to settle for a 2 on 1 with Ayzha.

LC State Championships

Holly aged up 3 months ago but still managed to qualify for 2 state events, the 100 breast and the 50 free.  She got a PR in her 50 free!  She also got invited to swim in 4 relays.  I love watching her compete.

Zach is Back!

Zach returned home from his mission!  It has been uplifting to read his emails every week!  I am so proud of him for his willingness to dedicate his life in the service of our Savior, he is a great example to our family!

Where in the World is Ben this time? South America!

Work has taken Ben all around the world.  This time it was a 12 day whirlwind trip to Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.  This was his first time in Brazil. It was mostly a business trip but he always squeezes in some time for pleasure.

He got to experience a soccer game in Brazil.

 In Chile, aside from meetings,
Ben went snowboarding and to
church where he made another friend,
 an investigator who was there
with the missionaries. 
 Ben shared his testimony with the investigator
who thanked him and told him that if he
is ever in Chile again, to call him
if there is anything he needs.

And he made it back to the USA
with a stop in Atlanta for some meetings.
