We're INSANE!

Ben and I decided to do the Insanity workouts for 60 days...we just finished week one and I'm excited.  I think I might actually get my body back if I can keep this insanity going.

Burg Kalifa

Ben's trip to Dubai started out somewhat disastrous.  Nearly 24 hours after takeoff, with layovers in L.A. and Paris he finally landed in Dubai.  Once there, he was informed that his luggage didn't make the flight and was handed a small bag with a few toiletries.  To make matters worse, his accomodations lacked hot running water or a "real' mattress.   The conference he was sent to attend required "business attire," but since his luggage hadn't arrived, Ben showed up in the clothes he had been wearing since he left home.  Luckily they let him in anyways.  After the conference he did some sight seeing.  He's got a thing for skyscrapers, and Burg Kalifa (the tallest structure in the world) didn't disappoint, except that tours to the top were sold out the entire duration of his stay.  Things got better after that though...his luggage came in the middle of the night, and he switched hotels.  Now he's living it up at the Atlantis, in a fresh new pair of undies.  From rags to riches...livin it up!

Battle of the Bulge

I may have won the battle, but I'm still fighting the war.  It took me 4 months to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight....however, things aren't what they used to be.  Time to get it all toned up!!!
